Canyon

   James Patrick Webb
   CANYON - James Patrick Webb, 92, died Friday, Nov. 14, 1997.
   
   Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in First Baptist Church with the
   Rev. Charles Price, pastor, and the Rev. Genoa Goad, chaplain of
   Clements Unit officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Fairlawn
   Cemetery in Elk City, Okla. Arrangements are by Holley Funeral Home.
   
   Mr. Webb was born in Quanah. He married Hazel Creswell in 1929 at
   Leedey, Okla. He worked as a farmer and rancher, machine operator, and
   had a lawn service business in Stratford. He was a member of First
   Baptist Church, where he was a deacon for many years.
   
   Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Carolyn Sadler of Amarillo
   and Kaye Harris of Canyon; a sister, Maydelle Jones of Fort Worth; six
   grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
   
   The family requests memorials be to First Baptist Church of Canyon or
   Faith City Mission of Amarillo.
