Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Southside Baptist Church with the Rev. Bobby Roger officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in New Herman Cemetery in Leedey, Okla., by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. Mr. Yarbrough was born in Dewey County, Okla. He has lived in Perryton since 1969, moving from Sayre, Okla., where he lived from 1942 to 1969. He married Della Woodard in 1935 in Leedey. She died in 1993. He worked for the grain elevator in Sayre for 27 years delivering feed. He worked for Ochiltree County, retiring in 1978. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Lewis Yarbrough, Cecil Yarbrough and Clarence Yarbrough; and one grandson. Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Head of Perryton; a son, Dwayne Yarbrough of Canyon; two brothers, Vernon Yarbrough of Amarillo and Verdie Yarbrough of Elk City, Okla.; four sisters, Aline Scott of San Antonio, Omega Woodard of Canyon, Lenora Musgrove of Great Bend, Kan., and Launa Sharp of Amarillo; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Museum of the Plains, Perry Memorial Library or a favorite charity.
