   *The two year old baby of Mr.and Mrs.Frank JACKSON of Carter,died on
   Friday night of last week.The little one had been sick for several
   days with bowel trouble,but its condition was not considered so
   serious until only a day or two before its death,when the change for
   the worse could be plainly seen and it continued to sink until its
   little life was claimed by the grim reaper-death.The burial took place
   out at the Carter Cemetery Saturday afternoon.*6 July 1917 The Carter
