   E."Billie"JACKSON was born February 4,1917 in Canton to Katherine
   Elizabeth and Anthony ZISELBERGER and died Wednesday in the residence
   at the age of 78.Billie married James Westley JACKSON on November
   24,1945 in Englewood,California and they made their home in
   Hawthorne,California for 30 years where she worked for Rockwell
   Industries.After their retirement,they moved to Carter in 1980 where
   Westley died in 1985.Billie later moved to Weatherford in 1987 to make
   her home. She was a member of the Carter First Baptist Church.She was
   preceded in death by her parents and husband.Services will be 10:30
   a.m.,Friday at the Rose Chapel with Jim MORRISON and Andy DECK
   officiating.Interment will be in the Carter Cemetery under the
   direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.Survivors include one
   sister,Emma COFFEE of Edmond;two sister in law,Betty HUDSON and her
   husband Dalton of Sayre,Bobbie Sue WOLF and her husband husband Ray of
   Weatherford;three brothers in law,V.T.JACKSON and his wife,Corda of El
   Reno,Danny JACKSON and his wife Nina of Weatherford,Clifton JACKSON
   and his wife Ann of Laton,California:several nieces,nephews and other
   relatives and friends.
