OBITUARY OF WEAR J. KERNE.
God has again saw fit to take from home and friends one of earths
treasures, yet we cannot complain.  God doeth all things well.  But it was
oh! so hard to give him one.  It is so hard to think we will never see his
pleasant face again among us.  Wear was a good boy, loved by all who knew
him, although he had only made his home here two or three years, he had
made many friends who will very much regret to hear of his sad death. 
Wear is gone yet we will ever remember his cheerful words.  When we saw
the last of mother earth heaped on his grave we realized that we had
looked our last look on our dear little friend.  Weep not dear friends and
relatives, he has gone where there will be no more trouble and sad
partings.  He leaves a dear mother, five brothers and a host of friends to
mourn his loss.  We sympathize with them in the loss of one so dear to us
all, yet we have hopes of seeing Wear again in that land where trouble
ends.
