King Rites Set *Mrs.Julia Catherine WOODS KING of Sayre died at the Sayre
Memorial Hospital (Beckham County,Oklahoma) after a short illness.

Funeral services were Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Sayre Assembly of God
church with Rev.L.V.Price officiating.

Burial was in the Carter Cemetery.

Mrs.KING was born Aug.13,1883 in Decater,Texas,and came to Carter as a
child with her parents where she resided until moving to Sayre in
1932.She married Russell C.WOODS at Carter in 1902.

She married P.J. KING at Sayre in 1966.They both preceded her in
death,also one son.

Survivors are 2 sons,M.L.of Sayre and Harley of Amarillo,Texas;5
grandchildren;8 great grandchildren;1 stepson Emory KING of Elk City;3
stepdaughters,Mrs.Laura CRISWELL and Mrs.Elsie CRUZE both of
Sayre.Mrs.George POTTS of Amarillo,Texas;1 brother,McKinley BALL of
Hereford,Texas.

Rose Chapel Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements..
