Lackey were conducted in the Baptist church in Cheyenne on Friday, February 7, 1958 at 2 p.m. The officiting ministers were Rev. Jimmie Wilkerson, Baptist minister, and Rev. Gerald Main, Methodist minister, Cheyenne. Burial was made in the Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Leamon A. Lackey, Cheyenne, was born October 8, 1888 in Alabama, and deprted this life at 12:10 a.m. February 5, 1958 at the age of 89 years. He is survived by his wife, Stella Lackey and five daughters Mrs. Willie Ator, Roll, Mrs. Annie Allen, Hammon, Mrs. Dorothy Ford, Oklahoma City, Essie and Lessie Lackey of the home address; six sons, Bue, Elk City, Haskell and Jack, Brawley, California, Hubert, Sunray, Texas, Paul and Lee Hammon; also 31 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
