   Sarah  Elizabeth  (Lizzie)  Lane  age,  92  of Cheyenne passed away on
   Monday,  Jan.  25, 1982 in the Roger Mills Memorial Hospital following
   an extended illness.
   She  was  born Feb. 24, 1889 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Tom and Julia
   Shicklee.  In  the  early  1900's  she along with her parents, came to
   Erick.  On  September  21,  1910  she  married  Frank  Monroe  Lane in
   Arkansas.  Mrs.  Lane lived in Old Rankin until 1974 at which tiem she
   moved  to  Cheyenne. Mrs. Lane was a resident of Cheyenne Convalescent
   Home and a member of the Baptist Church.
   Preceding  her  in  death  were  her  parents, husband, 4 daughters, 1
   granddaughter, 1 grandson, 3 sisters, and 2 brothers.
   Survivors  include 1 daughter, Opal Mabra, Reydon, Okla.; 3 sons, Leon
   Lane,  Allison,  Texas;  Joe  Lane,  Amarillo, Texas; and George Lane,
   Reydon,  Okla.;  20  grandchildren,  39 great grandchilldren, 13 great
   great  grandchildren.  Two sisters, Bertha Hardy, Portales, New Mexico
   and Myrtle Gillette, Osceola, Iowa.
   Services  were  conducted  by  Eddie  Overstreet and Homer Williams on
   Wednesday,  Jan.  27,  1982  at  2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of
   Reydon with burial following in the White Rose Cemetery, Reydon, Roger
   Mills County, OK.
   Pallbearers  were  Ernie  Yowell,  Pat  Montgomery,  Paul  Burks, Bill
   Hooper, Joe Yowell and Troy Garver.
