[ELLISOR] B. 3 Mar 1849 D. 17 Nov 1936 Sayre-Doxey Cemetery Beckham Co Ok Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at the Church of Christ in Sayre for Mrs. Mary E. Milburn, 87 years old, who died early Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M. L. Inman in Sayre. J. C. Carman, Elk City minister, was to officiate at the funeral ser- vices and burial was to be made in the Sayre-Doxey cemetery. Mrs. Milburn's death was attri- buted to injuries she received November 15, when she fell from the steps of the Sayre church after attending religious services. She suffered a fractured hip in the fall and her condition grew steadily worse. She was born March 3, 1849, and was a pioneer resident of western Oklahoma. She is survived by seven child- ren including four daughter and three sons. Daughters are Mrs. B. F. Mans- field of Bowie, Tex., Mrs. M. L. Inman of Sayre, Mrs. W. O. Kelly of Clovis, N. Mex.. and Mrs. J. E. Newman of Tishomingo. Sons are T. C. Milburn, Elk City, W. J. Milburn of O???? City and L. J. Milburn of Kans. Her husband died four years ago at Sayre. Elk City News
