   Bobby  Lee  Payne was born December 4, 1975 in Amarillo, TX to Dorothy
   Mae Payne and passed away May 11, 1996 near Erick, Oklahoma at the age
   of 20 years, 5 months and 7 days.
   He was preceded in death by his mother and grandmother.
   Survivors  include  Delicia  Dianne  Thomas Payne, Eugene Pace, Sylvia
   Stephens, Patty Romines, Margie Dreager, Barbara Wharton, Leroy Payne,
   Jacky Bryan Thomas and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
   Interment  was  Tuesday,  May  14,  1996  at  the  Cheyenne  Cemetery,
   Cheyenne,  Roger  Mills  County,  Oklahoma under the direction of Rose
   Chapel Funeral Service.
