Robinson was born in Meigs county, Ohio, February 22, 1841 and died at his home November 21,1903, aged 62 years, 8 months and 29 days. He was married to Martha J. Nelson July 19, 1862. They moved to Iowa in 1871, then in 1900 they come to Roger Mill county, Oklahoma, and filed on a fine claim, where thy lived until his death. To them were born 7 children, 4 sons and 3 daughters, on son died in infancy. Aoll his children, with their mother, were with him during his sickness and death, except two sons, who live in Blaine county and they came in re- sponse to a telegram, to help comfort their mother in her sad bereavement. Deceased served faithfully 3 years in the civil war, was a member of the G.A.R. Post of Tingley, Iowa; united with the Methodist church in 1871, and lived a faithful christian to the last. He was a kind husband and father, a good neighbor and citizen, and will be sadly missed by all whoknew him. Robinson died very suddenly Tuesday morning, at the home of her son, Marion Robinson, a short distance west of town. She complained of feeling ill and within 10 minutes was a corpse.
