ANDERSON, A. A.
(13 July 1905, Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Died.
A. A. Anderson, died at the home of his son J. E. Anderson, 2 1/2 miles
south of Erick, Greer county, Tuesday  July 11, 1905.  Mr. Anderson was a
well known and respected citizen of Sayre the past three years and at one
time a prominent business man of Berlin, this county.  He was a mason for
over 40 years and at the time of his demise was 67 years old.  He leaves
an aged wife and four boys, only one of whom resides in this part of the
country.
He served during the rebellion in the Confederate army and has lived
nearly all his life on the frontier, and he could tell many interesting
stories of the exciting times among the Indians in the early days of the
southwest country.
