(7 Feb 1929, Thursday, Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF MRS. BAIRD CAME AFTER ILLNESS.  Long Illness Preceeded (sic)
Death, Body Buried at Cowden Cemetery Monday.
Mrs. Eunice Lela Ray Baird died at the family home at 1109 north Third
street Sunday after a prolonged illness of eight months.  She was 25 years
old at the time of her death.
Funeral services were held at the Cowden cemetery where the body was
interred, Monday.
Mrs. Baird left her husband, J. E. Baird, and two children, Earl and
Margaret; three sisters; three brothers and her father, J. M. Rhodes, and
other relatives.  (Note: Cowden Cemetery, Washita Co, Ok.)
