BELL, ELIZABETH
(19 Jan 1922, Thursday, Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
In Memoriam.
Died at her home in Sayre, January 12, 1922, Mrs. Elizabeth Bell, wife of
J. W. Bell.  She leaves a devoted husband, four sons and many relatives
and friends to mourn her demise.
She was born in the state of Missouri July 6, 1859.  Early in life she
became a follower of the meek and lowly Jesus, continuing thus to the end.
As long as health permitted she was often found visiting the sick,
ministering to the dying and scattering words of comfort and consolation,
soothing those crushed by affiction (sic).  Long acquaintance endeared her
in the hearts of her neighbors in the Pioneer community and of those who
survive will treasure her memory with love and respect.
