BOYD, JESSIE
(1 Oct 1925, The Sayre Journal, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
IN MEMORIUM
Jessie Boyd, Died at his home north west of Sayre at 6:30 a.m. at the age
of seventy-five years, eight months and eighteen days, he was the husband
of Sarah N. Boyd who presided (sic) him in death just one week.  He was
buried beside the grave of his aged wife in the Lone Oak Cemetery north
west of Sayre Tuesday, Sept. 22, 1925, at 2:30 p.m.
He was born in Ill, moving in early days to Texas, thence to Okla., where
he with his family have resided since.  He leaves to mourn his death a
number of children and grand children, and a host of friends who extend to
the bereaved ones their sincere sympathy.
