BROOKS, JOHN EDWIN
(8 Jan 1920, Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
John Edwin Brooks passed away at his home in this city on Wednesday
December 31.  He was the little 13 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. S.
Brooks, and had recently undergone an operation for appendicitis.  The
funeral services were held from the Baptist church and he was laid to rest
in the Doxey-Sayre cemetery on New Year's Day.
