BRYAN, MARTHA E.
(18 Aug 1921, The Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. M. E. Bryan, mother of Mrs. T. J. Price, of Delhi, died at an early
hour Sunday morning after an illness of several months.  Mrs. Bryan was 74
years of age and had made her home with Mrs. Price for some years past.
Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon from the Delhi Methodist
church, with Rev. J. W. Williams officiating.  Interment was at the Delhi
cemetery.
Mrs. Bryan is survived by one son and four daughters:  J. F. Bryan of
Delhi; Mrs. T. J. Price, of Delhi; Mrs. G. W. Baker of Bonham, Texas; Mrs.
W. G. Price of Higgins, Texas, and Mrs. J. H. Absher of Duke, Oklahoma.

A family reunion was held at J. F. Bryan's home in Delhi recently when he
and  his four sisters met for the first time in seven years.  The sisters
are Mrs. Stella Baker, Ector, Texas; Mrs. Della Price, Perryton, Texas;
Mrs. Nora Absher, Granite and Mrs. T. J. Price, Delhi.
Besides the brother and sisters were Mrs. J. I. Bryan, Granville; R. C.
Bryan, Mr. and Mrs. Bryan; T. J. Price, O. P. Price and daughter
Annabelle, M. L. Price and wife; Archie Price and daughter Mildred; Ray
Price of Delhi; and Walter Price of Perryton, Texas.
After dinner which was served cafeteria style, the group met in the home
of T. J. Price where an evening was spent in singing hymns.
