DARE, GLADYS VIRGINIA
(14 Aug 1924, Sayre Journal, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Died, at her home in this city, August 9th, 1924, Gladys Virginia Dare,
age 8 years, 10 months and 5 days.
For eight years she had been the joy and comfort of the home.  Yet He who
has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows will comfort and sustain.
Burial services were held at Cheyenne where the Rev. Garland Wilson
officiated.  Interment was made in the Cheyenne cemetery August 10th.
Mr. and Mrs. John R. Dare resided for several years in Cheyenne before
moving to this city.
