DYER, EFFIE
(6 Dec 1906, Thursday, Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. Effie Dyer died at her home in the west part of the city Tuesday. 
Funeral occurred yesterday from the home.  Mrs. Dyer was born in Kansas,
January 24, 1871.  At the age of ten years her parents moved to Arkansas
and then in 1887 they moved to Texas, where in 1889, she was married to N.
Dyer.  Fifteen months ago Mr. Dyer brought his family to Sayre.  Mrs. Dyer
was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America and had been a member of
the Christian church for fourteen years.  She leaves five little girls, an
aged mother, two brothers and three sisters.

Obituary.
Mrs. N. Dyer was born in Kansas January 24th, 1871, and died December 4th,
1906.  Was married in Grayson county Texas Oct. 1889.  Mrs. Dyer has been
religious since her early youth.  She leaves five girls, a mother, two
brothers, three sisters and a host of friends to mourn her loss.
The Lord gave and the Lord taketh away blessed be the name of the Lord.
