All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************ ENSEY, ELLEN (3 Feb 1921, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK): Sister Ellen Ensey was born January 23, 1890 and died January 24, 1920 (sic), at the age of 31 years. She was taken seriously ill near Wynnewood, Oklahoma and was moved to the home of her brother, A. R. Ensey, three and one-half miles south of Sayre, where, after a short struggle she passed away, leaving the wonderful testimony that she was ready. She had been a member of the Methodist church for a number of years. The remains were laid to rest in the Delhi cemetery. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. J. Roberts at the home of Mr. Ensey. The writer joins in sympathy for those who are left to mourn her. A Friend.
