GODFREY, CHARLES H.
(16 Apr 1914, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. Willard Brady received a telegram Wednesday morning from Dodge City,
Kans., conveying the sad news that her father, C. H. Godfrey, was
seriously ill and could not live.  Mrs. Brady departed on the 3 o'clock
train, hoping to arrive at his bedside before his death.
