GOODWIN, NELIA ADA
(16 Aug 1928, Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
NELIA ADA WORLOW
Nelia Ada Worlow was born in Ellis Co., Texas, on February 18, 1896. 
Later coming to Beckham County Oklahoma with her parents.
She departed this life on Thursday August 2, at 2:15 a.m., at the Music
Hospital at Elk city, Oklahoma at the age of 32 years, 5 months and 14
days.
In August 1908 she was converted and united with the M. E. Church South of
which she was a faithful member unto the end.
On February 9, 1911, she was united in marriage to Mr. J. P. Goodwin.  To
this union eight children were born.  Mrs. Goodwin was a kind and true
friend, ever ready to help in time of need, a faithful, loving and
affectionate wife and mother.
The remains were conveyed to the family home north of Sweetwater where
funeral services were held on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. by Rev. Coffey,
assisted by Rev. Perry McArthur, pastor of the M. E. Church, after which
the body was laid to rest at the Mulberry cemetery, beside that of the
oldest daughter, who had preceeded her mother to the Great Beyond.
She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, seven children, father, mother,
several sisters, one brother and many other relatives and a host of
friends.
