(16 May 1929, Thursday, Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
HARTPENCE DIES IN HOME IN CITY MAY 15.
Funeral Services For Aged Man Are Held At One O'clock On The Same Day.
Willis Elmer Hartpence died Wednesday, May 15, at the family home on sixth
street at the age of 71 years, 4 months and 26 days.
Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday at 1 o'clock with Rev. T.
N. Weeks and Rev. A. J. Bradshaw officiating.
The remains were shipped to Mount Gilead, Ohio by Littrell and Moore.
