LOWRANCE, DAVID M.
(26 Mar 1914, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Obituary.
David M. Lowrance was born in McNary county, Tennessee, February 10, 1834,
and departed this life March 23, 1914, at 9:30 a.m.  He leaves five grown
sons by his first wife, Jack Lowrance, Albert Lowrance, Henry Lowrance,
and Jake Lowrance, also a second wife and a host of friends who mourn his
loss.  The funeral sermon was preached in the presence of a large audience
at Spring Creek church by Rev. James Knox White of Sayre.  Text, Second
Timothy, 1:10.  Subject: "Immortality of the Soul."
