Maggie Mack (nee Sonells) was born in Pocohontas, Ark., January 4, 1887, where she grew to womanhood. She was married to E. E. Mack, March 11th, 1905, and to them were born three children, who with husband, father, mother, sister and a host of friends are left to mourn their loss. She was converted in early life and united with the Methodist Episcopal Church, south, August 1, 1909, of which she remained a faithful member until the day of her death, which occurred October 3d, 1912, near Sayre, Oklahoma. She was an untiring Christian worker both in church and in Sunday school, which was her joy to meet and teach her class every Sunday, being faithful in life and even unto death. She will be greatly missed, but our loss is heaven's gain. We know where to find her. May the grace of God sustain the sorrowing loved ones. L. D. Hawkins, Her Pastor. --------------------------------------------------- Return to Beckham County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/beckham/beckham.html
