MANSFIELD, ELLEN
(22 Dec 1910, Thursday, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
The wife of J. M. Mansfield died very suddenly at Dallas, Texas, recently.
 The couple were traveling overland en route to the Gulf coast country and
there are elements of mystery surrounding the death of the woman.  Mr.
Mansfield was the Republican candidate for sheriff of this county in the
late campaign.

Report reaches us of the death of Mrs. Ellen Mansfield at Austin, Texas,
Wednesday, the 14th inst.  Mrs. Mansfield left here five weeks ago and her
relatives are uneasy over her sudden death.
