NOAH, AUSTIN N.
(11 Jan 1912, Thursday, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Grandpa Noah died Sunday morning, January 7th, and will be buried Tuesday
at the cemetery on Buffalo.  He was past 90 years old at the time of his
demise.
Austin N. Noah was born Nov. 6, 1821, and died Jan. 7, 1912.  He was
married to Miss Mitty Friddle, Nov. 7, 1847.  He united with the Methodist
church in the year 1872 in which he lived a consistent and pious member
until death.  Funeral services were held at the Buffalo Baptist church
Tuesday at 12 o'clock, by Rev. S. N. Wilson, the pastor.  Burial took
place in the Sanders (aka Buffalo) cemetery at 2 p.m.
