STAPLES, JESSIE
(26 Oct 1911, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
A Card.
Editor Standard:  May we, through your columns, express our heartfelt
appreciation to the many friends who came to us in our sorrow in the death
of our little daughter, Jessie Ophelia, and through the sickness of my
wife.  We shall ever feel indebted to each and every one of them for their
kindness and their expressions of sympathy.

(27 Oct 1911, Friday, Sayre Headlight, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Mr. and Mrs. Lon Staples lost an infant child last week from cholera
infantum after only a few days sickness.  Mrs. Staples has been quite ill
with typhoid fever for some time but is convalescing.
