STILES, THOMAS OSCAR
(2 Jan 1913, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Oscar Stiles, a citizen of Tillman county, died at his home in Loveland on
Monday morning, December 23, 1912.  His body was embalmed and shipped here
for burial.  Mr. Stiles was well and favorably known in this community. 
He once lived near Mayfield in this county.  The deceased was born in
Montague, Texas, twenty-seven years ago, where he grew to manhood.  He was
married to Miss Ethel Crook five years ago, who, with two small children,
survive him.  Funeral services were held at the Baptist church by Rev. J.
M. Wileman, at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 27th, and the remains were
laid at rest in the Sanders cemetery.  (Buffalo Cemetery, Beckham Co,
Okla.: Thomas Oscar Stiles; born 7 Aug 1882; died 23 Dec 1912.)
