TINDELL, JAMES WILLIAM
(The Sayre Sun, Sayre, Beckham, Ok, Thurs 15 Dec 1960)
J. W. Tindell Dies at Elk; Rites Pend.
J. W. Tindell, Elk City, formerly of Sayre community and brother of E. I.
and S. F. Tindell, Sayre, died Tuesday morning of a heart attack at Elk
City.
Funeral services are pending at Elk City with burial at Carter.
Survivors are two daughters: Mrs. Roy McCollum, Cortez, Colo; Mrs. Bess
Witherspoon, Spencer, Oklahoma; two brothers and one sister, Mrs. Laura
Renfro, Elk City; three grandchildren.
