VANPOOL, DELIA
(17 Jul 1902, Sayre Headlight Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Another very sad and sudden death occurred here Saturday.  Mrs. Dave
Vanpool dropped dead from heart failure.  She had hardly recovered from
the mumps when she took the measles and just recovered from these when the
end came.  She was subject to heart failure and her sudden death was
probably due to a fright as the baby had only a few minutes before her
death, fallen out of the cradle; this together with her weak condition
caused her death.  She was 43 years old and leaves a husband and seven
children.  The Headlight extends its deepest sympathy to the grief
stricken family.
(18 Jul 1902, Sayre Enterprise, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
DIED. - At her home north of the railroad on Saturday July 12, Mrs. Delia
Vanpool, aged 43 years.  Mrs. Vanpool left a husband, seven children and
one sister to mourn her loss.  They have the sympathy of the entire
community.  The cause of her death was heart failure.
