WITHERSPOON, JAMES C.

Reburial Services Are Held for Witherspoon.
Reburial services for Pvt. James C. Witherspoon were held at the First
Baptist church Wednesday afternoon at Carter. Rev. S. J. May, pastor,
officiated at the last obsequies.  Witherspoon is survived by his mother, 
Mrs. Bess Witherspoon and one sister, Mrs. Odell Rogers; all of Oklahoma
City.
Other relatives attending the services were C. C. Witherspoon of Clovis,
New Mexico; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Witherspoon and son, James; Miss Nila
Witherspoon and Joann, Oklahoma City; G. G. Witherspoon and Mrs. and Mrs.
G. G. Witherspoon, Jr., of Wichita Fall, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Will Tindle
(sic) of Oklahoma City; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Witherspoon, Mr. and Mrs. Joe
Witherspoon of Carter and Mrs. Renfroe (sic) of Elk City.
