YANDELL, ARIA
(28 Jan 1909, Thursday, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
DIED - January 26, 1909, the little twin daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Yandell,
Aria, sick only a few days.  She was taken with a cold, then was a victim
of scarlet fever.  She was aged 3 years, 3 months and 16 days, and leaves
father, mother, two sisters and a brother to mourn her absence.  But we
thank God that Earth's loss is Heaven's gain.  She knew all to the very
last and wanted to see Papa, but Papa was not permitted to see her as she
departed, and we know that she will not come to see us again.
Now we want to thank the good people for their kindness to the bereaved
family.  We thank God for just such friends and neighbors.  May the good
Lord bless them in abundance, spiritually and temporally.  Rev. A. S.

A. F. Yandell has returned from tour of New Mexico, and admits that the
country did not impress him favorably.  But, owing to the visit of the
Death Angel who took away one of his sweet little girls during his
absence, the old home doesn't seem like home to him now.
