   Arthur  Ferman Scott was born July 9, 1907 in Strong City and died Oct
   24,  1990  in Roger Mills Memorial Hospital at the age of 83. Art, son
   of  George  and Agnes Scott, married Francis Davis on Oct. 19, 1932 in
   Erick. They lived in the Strong City area where he farmed and ranched.
   He  had one of the first grade A dairies in Roger Mills County. He was
   a  member  of the First Baptist Church of Cheyenne. He was preceded in
   death  by  his  parents, foour brothers and one sister. Survivors are:
   his  wife  Francis; two daughters, Loretta Fults, of Cheyenne; Roberta
   Clapp  of  Gijon,  Spain;  7  grandchildren;  13  great grandchildren.
   Services  were  held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of
   Cheyenne  with Aubrey Cowan and Willard Cox officiating. Burial was in
   the Strong City Cemetery, Strong City, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
