Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Sayre First Baptist Church with Andy Taylor, officiating and assisted by Robert Lakey. Intement will be in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service. Joyce grew up in Roger Mills County and later moved to Sayre to make her home. She was employed at Hensleys Nursing Home for 27 years, and worked in Cheyenne for Dr. F.K. Buster for 8 years. She married W.L. Skipworth in 1948 at Cheyenne, Ok and had two sons, Johnny Wayne Skipworth and David Lynn Skipworth. She married Raymond Matlock on September 26, 1988 in Sayre and they lived in Erick. Raymond preceded her in death in 1989. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, Cleo McDaniel, one nephew and one nicec, Billy and Peggy McDaniel. Survivors include; two sons and daughter-in-laws, John and Gail Skipworth of Elk City, David and Sharon Skipworth of Aledo, TX; two brotfhers and sisters-in-law, Gene and Kathy McDanile and James and Anna Lee McDaniel both of Elk City; two sisters, jan and Garland Eggleston of Big Lake, TX, Shirley and Tony Thomas of Chicago, IL; eight granddaughters, Jenny, Kalie, Morgan, Jessica, Heather, Michelle, Candy, and Jennifer; four grandsons, David, Justin, Gerad, Chris; three great grandchildren, Destinie, Bubba, Kristin; and many nieces, and nephews.
