  Funeral services for Mrs. Mis-
souri Jane Southard, 70 years old,
who died at her home late Tuesday,
were held at 2:30 o'clock this aft-
ernoon at the Church of the Naza-
rene, with Rev. L. E. Shaw offi-
ciating.  Burial was in West Fair-
lawn cemetery.
  Her death resulted from pneu-
monia.
  Her husband, G. W. Southard,
died here November 8 following a
heart attack.
  Mrs. Southard came to Beckham
county in 1898 with her husband,
G. W. Southard, who died here No-
vember 8 following a heart attack.
They were married October 1, 1891
at Little Mound, Okla.
  Mrs. Southard is survived by
four sons, W. W. Wheeler, J. C. 
Wheeler, J. I. Wheeler, and C. A.
Wheeler, all of Elk City.
  Grubits and Son funeral direc-
tors were in charge of arrange-
ments.
