   DIED
   
   Mrs. W. E. Tomlinson died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John
   Davis, out east of Carter, Wednesday morning of last week after an
   illness of several weeks with the fever.
   
   She leaves a number of children residing in different parts of the
   country.
   
   Interment was made at the Utley cemetery Wednesday, by the side of her
   husband, at which place a large crowd was present to pay their last
   respects to their friend.
