CALCOTE, LOVELLA MAY
(3 Sep 1925, Thursday, Texola Tribune, Texola, Beckham Co, OK):
Little Lovelle (sic) May Calcote was born October 6, 1924 and died August
27, 1925, at the age of 10 months and 27 days.
She was taken sick about a week before her death with dycentry (sic) and
was sick six or seven days when Jesus claimed her.  She leaves to mourn
her death, her father, mother, sister Juanita and brothers Alva and Dell.
Little Lovella was so patient and good all during her sickness letting
anyone care for her and taking her medicine as though she knew loving
hands was doing all they possible could to relive (sic) her suffering
which was very severe the last few days.
Jesus decided little Lovella May, could do more good by passing into
heaven than by staying on earth so he called her home, where she will be
saved and will hold out her little beckoning hands to the loved one here
on earth.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Sebe Thomas and she was laid
to rest in the Kelton cemetery.  Several relatives of the father from
Claude, Texas, and also a number of the mother's relatives from
Wellington, Texas attended the funeral. - Contributed.
