CAUDLE, J. T.
(17 Dec 1925, Thursday, Texola Tribune, Texola, Beckham Co, OK):
J. T. Caudle, a pioneer citizen of Western Oklahoma, died at the home of
Henry Caudle, a nephew, in the Kelton community on Sunday December 4, at
the age of 74 years.  The deceased contracted pneumonia which affected his
heart and it was from these two ailments that he died.  He was a typical
westerner having settled in Cheyenne a number of years ago and has resided
in the west most of his life.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, December 5, and the body was
buried in the Kelton cemetery.  One daughter, Mrs. Jennie Scott, of
Hominy, Oklahoma; Mrs. Jennie Dove and Joe Caudle, brother and sister, are
the only close relatives surviving him.
