MOORE, FRED
(21 Jan 1926, Thursday, Texola Tribune, Texola, Beckham Co, OK):
Fred Smith, a former and favorably known resident of Texola, but who at
the time of his death last Thursday, was residing in Shamrock, Texas, was
buried there on Friday last.  A number of the prominent citizens and
business men of Texola attended the funeral.  Among those to attend were
J. T. Cronin, now of Cheyenne; H. A. Bills, A. B. Hutto, P. C. Burks, W.
T. Woolsey, C. E. Gilliland, T. R. Hart, John Hoard and Mr. and Mrs. J. E.
Hutto also attended and he acted as one of the pall bearers.

CORRECTION
In last week's issue of the Tribune we stated that a number of our
citizens attended the funeral of "Fred Smith," who had died at Shamrock,
but were incorrect in the name as it should have been stated that Fred
Moore died and that they attended his funeral.
