WEEKS, ROSE ELLA
(2 Jan 1930, Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, OK):
Rose Ella Hobson was born at Decatur, Wise Co., Texas, Oct. 21, 1880.  She
was married to William Weeks, Aug. 7, 1903.  To this union were born three
children, Gene Hosea, Hallie Ray, and Sadie Alice.  These children, her
husband, an aged mother, three brothers and one sister, besides a host of
other relatives and friends are left to mourn her loss.
She was converted at the age of twelve years and united with the Christian
church.
Funeral services were held in Cheyenne at the Baptist church on December
24th, with Rev. Rhoads, pastor of the Methodist church preaching the
sermon, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Cheyenne
cemetery.
Mrs. Weeks had resided in Cheyenne but a short time but had made many
friends, who join in extending sympathy to the bereaved.
