The horses, buggy and men were swept through the first wire fence; Mr. Rousey and the horses reached the bank and saved themselves; but, it seems that Mr. Brown got tangled in the wire and was drowned. His body was found six miles below on the bank of the creek where the water had receded it was considerably disfigured by wire cuts. The inquest was begun Tuesday and will conclude Friday; was buried Wednesday. Billie Brown was a mild mannered, fine disposition person and was liked by all who knew him. He leaves a wife and three children to mourn his loss.
