HEARST, WILLARD
(12 Apr 1923, Thursday, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
NEPHEW KILLED.
Mrs. W. H. Markham received telegram Tuesday evening that her nephew
Willard Hearst had been killed by a horse, but how it was done was not
stated.  He was about fifteen years of age, and had only recently
recovered from pneumonia, when they thought he could not live.  He is a
brother of Mrs. Pinerger, of near Canute.  Mrs. Markham and Mrs. Pineger
(sic) were unable to attend the funeral because both are suffering from
illness.
