HILL, WARREN G.
(31 Aug 1922, Thursday, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Sunday afternoon Bro. McCorkle was called to Sweetwater to conduct funeral
services over the charred remains of little Vergil Garland Hill, 2 years,
5 mo., and 9 days old and Warren G., 1 year, 2 mo., and 20 days of age.
These little ones were the victims of a fire which occurred at the Ray
Hill home about 9 o'clock Sunday morning.  The babies were upstairs and it
was there the fire started reaching a stage beyond all control before it
was discovered.
The parents were nearly crazed with grief and our hearts bleed for them.
Only time can reconcile them to their loss and allow them to realize that
the precious ones, His jewel, His loved and His own are better off with
Him.
May God bless these young parents and only thru him can consolation come
to them.
