O'CONNOR, ROY H.
(5 Jun 1919, Thursday, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Roy H. O'Connor, a 17 year old boy who was employed on the Ft. 
Reno Military Reservation was drowned while bathing in a big pool 
at that place Decoration Day.  He was attacked by the cramps and 
drowned before help came.  He was brought here by his father and 
mother, Mr. and Mrs. C. F. O'Connor, for burial, arriving in this 
city Sunday and was burried (sic) in Erick Cemetery Monday evening.  
He had many friends and relatives here.  We extend our sympathy to 
the relatives and friends of the deceased.
