Last week we mentioned the serious illness of Delbert Robison, better known among his young companions as "Dutch," at a swimming pool near his home in the Delhi section, and the fact that he had been taken to the University Hospital, in Oklahoma City, where hope had been abandoned for his recovery. Last week it was hoped that he might be moved to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Robison, but his condition would not permit this, and he passed away at the hospital last Saturday night. The remains were brought to his home and funeral services held at Delhi on Monday afternoon, with interment at the same place. Delbert was a popular young man among his companions and his death casts a gloom over the entire section, while all Beckham county extends sympathy to the bereaved parents.
