SULLIVAN, WILLIAM
(8 Apr 1909, Thursday, Sayre Standard, Sayre, Beckham Co, OK):
Will Sullivan Accidently Killed
Dave Sullivan received a telegram yesterday evening from his step-father,
at Portland, Oregon, stating that his brother, Will Sullivan, was killed
by accident early yesterday morning.
Will was a pioneer in this section of Oklahoma and a leading spirit in the
organization of the town of Doxey and a promoter of much of the enterprise
apparent in its palmy days.
He has been in Portland for several months last past, foreman of
construction on the new union depot which is being built in that city.
