Celebrates Fifty Years of Marriage.

MR. AND MRS. LEVI GLASGOW who were married fifty years January 18, 1939,
were pleasantly surprised when a host of friends and relatives came to
their home, Sunday, January 22, bringing well filled baskets and gifts.
The table was set with golden amber dishes and in the center were golden
Gladiolas and a two tier golden wedding cake.
Those enjoying the bountiful repast were: Mr. And Mrs. Bill Smith of Elk
City; Mr. And Mrs. Oscar Leamon of Erick; Mr. And Mrs. W. E. Caughron and
daughters Theda and Willa Grace of Elk City; Mr. And Mrs. J. T. Wickard,
Elk City; Mr. And Mrs. Ivan Green, Elk City; Mr. And Mrs. D. D. Glasgow,
Clarene, Voncille, and Drayton Levi Glasgow, all of Elk City; Mr. And Mrs.
Burl Smith and sons, Gerald and Leroy of Erick, Miss Ruth Vannerson, Miss
Alta Glasgow and the honored guests, Mr. And Mrs. Levi Glasgow, all of
Erick.
