RUTHERFORD AND BELL EXCHANGE VOWS

Mr and Mrs Roger Rutherford of New Liberty have announced the marriage of their
 daughter, Francine to A.C. James L. Bell son of Mr and Mrs James A. Bell of 
Las Crucus New Mexico.

The Vows were exchanged October,23, 1943 by Rev. Baily of the First Methodist 
Church of Clovis New Mexico.

The bride wore a soilder blue dressmakers suit with navy accessories. A new 
penny was placed in her right shoe for luck.

Mrs Bell is a graduate of  New Liberty High School, Oklahoma Western Junior 
College, and has attended Southwestern Institute of Technology the past
three summers. Mrs Bell took an active part in dramatics in both high
school and college.

At the present time Mrs Bell is head of the commerical department of the Elida
Public Schools, Elida New Mexico.

Mr Bell is a graduate of Las Crucus High School and had two years of pre-law at
 New Mexico Agriculture and Mechanical College. He also attended Southwestern 
Institute of  Technology at Weatherford Oklahoma.

At the present time Mr Bell is stationed at Big Springs Texas.
