(19 May 1910, Thursday, Elk City Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Notice of Probate of Will
State of Oklahoma, Beckham County, County Court:
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Ina J.
Carris, deceased that on the 29th day of April, 1910, Randolph Carris
produced and filed in the County Court of the County of Beckham, and State
of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and
Testament of Ina J. Carris, deceased, and also filed in said Court a
petition praying for the probate of said Will, and the letters
testamentary issued thereon to Randolph Carris, the executor named in said
Will, and that said petition will be heard at the Courtroom of said Court,
in the city of Sayre, in said County and State, on the 27th day of May,
1910, at the hour of 2 o'clock, p.m., of said day when and where all
persons interested can appear and show cause, if any they have, why said
prayer of said petition should not be granted.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of
the County Court of said County, this 29th day of April, 1910.
